Squaremouth has operated a zero complaint guarantee since the company started in January 2001.

This guarantee has always been unique to Squaremouth! No other company comes close to matching our legendary customer service.

If any one of our clients has a complaint against an insurance provider that cannot be fairly resolved to our satisfaction, we will remove the carrier from our site until the complaint is satisfactorily completed.
