Despite attracting fewer visitors than France, the USA plays host to many of the world’s most popular attractions.
The National Mall and Memorial Parks in Washington DC were adjudged to have finished joint second, with 25 million visitors each year, while Disney World’s Magic Kingdom was rated the third-most visited attraction, drawing annual crowds of 16.6 million.
Behind London’s Trafalgar Square, the original Disney Land in California was fifth, Niagara Falls was sixth and the Fisherman’s Wharf area of San Francisco finished seventh.
Those hoping to work in the USA and looking to enjoy some of these attractions at first hand should invest in a comprehensive visitors insurance policy.
