Yes, most travel insurance plans will refund your premium (minus a small non-refundable processing fee) if you cancel the policy within the “free look period” provided you have not departed or filed a claim.  The free look period is usually 10 days from purchase, however varies by company.  Please refer to your policy certificate for full details.
