24-Hour Medical Monitoring: Physicians monitor Your condition by maintaining close contact with the attending Physicians, Your family Physician, and immediate Family Members.

Roadside Assistance*
Towing Assistance – When towing is necessary, the covered vehicle
will be towed to the nearest service facility or to any location
requested by the covered customer.
Flat Tire Assistance – Service consists of the replacement of a flat
tire with the covered vehicle’s spare tire. Towing assistance will be
provided if needed.
Oil, Fluid, and Water Delivery Service – An emergency supply of oil,
fluid, and water will be delivered to any covered vehicle in immediate
need. The customer must pay for costs of the fluids if there is one.
Fuel Delivery Service – An emergency supply of fuel will be
delivered to any covered vehicle in immediate need. The customer
must pay for the costs of the fluids if there is one.
Lock-out Assistance – Assistance will be provided in gaining entry
to a covered vehicle if the keys are lost or locked inside.
Battery Assistance – Battery assistance (jump-start) will be provided
to any covered customer in immediate need.
Collision Assistance – If a customer is involved in a
collision in their covered vehicle, towing assistance will be provided
when needed to direct the vehicle back to the issuing dealership if
possible or to the nearest qualified repair facility.
*Roadside Assistance provided by Coach-Net Services Inc., 900 N
Lake Havasu Ave, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403. $50 limit per
occurrence. The authorized service providers contracted to perform
the service are independent contractors and not agents or
employees of Coach-Net. To activate the roadside assistance benefit,
customer must contact Travel Guard directly for services to be

MEDICAL SERVICES
MEDICAL ASSISTANCE – Our multi-lingual professionals
are available 24 hours a day to provide help, advice
and referrals for medical emergencies. We will help You
locate local physicians, dentists, or medical facilities.
MEDICAL CONSULTATION AND MONITORING –
If You are hospitalized, we will contact You and Your
treating physician to monitor Your condition to assure
You are receiving appropriate care and assess the
need for further assistance. We will also contact Your
personal physician and family at home when necessary
or requested to keep them informed of Your situation.
MEDICAL EVACUATION – When medically necessary,
we will arrange and pay for appropriate transportation,
including an escort, if required, to a suitable hospital,
treatment facility or home. Payment for Medical
Evacuation is available only for covered claims and up
to the amount of coverage provided in the Policy. All
medical transportation services must be authorized and
arranged by On Call International. In the event of an
unauthorized Medical Evacuation, reimbursement may
be limited or coverage may be invalidated.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL PAYMENTS – We will assist
You in the advancement of funds or guarantee
payments (up to the Policy limit) to a hospital or other
medical provider, if required, to secure Your admission,
treatment or discharge.
PRESCRIPTION ASSISTANCE – We will assist You
with replacing medications that are lost, stolen or
spoiled during Your Covered Trip, either locally or by
special courier.
DEPENDENT TRANSPORTATION & FAMILY VISITS –
When a minor (age 18 or younger) is left unattended
on a Covered Trip due to hospitalization or death of the
accompanying adult, we will arrange for his or her return
home, including escort expenses. If You are traveling
alone and hospitalized 7 days or more, we will arrange
transportation for a person You choose to visit You.
REPATRIATION OF REMAINS – In the event of
death while on a Covered Trip, we will arrange for the
preparation and transportation required to return Your
remains to Your home.
24 HOUR LEGAL ASSISTANCE – If while on Your
Covered Trip You encounter legal problems, we will
help You find a local legal advisor. If You are required

Roadside Assistance*
Towing Assistance – When towing is necessary, the covered vehicle
will be towed to the nearest service facility or to any location
requested by the covered customer.
Flat Tire Assistance – Service consists of the replacement of a flat
tire with the covered vehicle’s spare tire. Towing assistance will be
provided if needed.
Oil, Fluid, and Water Delivery Service – An emergency supply of oil,
fluid, and water will be delivered to any covered vehicle in immediate
need. The customer must pay for costs of the fluids if there is one.
Fuel Delivery Service – An emergency supply of fuel will be
delivered to any covered vehicle in immediate need. The customer
must pay for the costs of the fluids if there is one.
Lock-out Assistance – Assistance will be provided in gaining entry
to a covered vehicle if the keys are lost or locked inside.
Battery Assistance – Battery assistance (jump-start) will be provided
to any covered customer in immediate need.
Collision Assistance – If a customer is involved in a
collision in their covered vehicle, towing assistance will be provided
when needed to direct the vehicle back to the issuing dealership if
possible or to the nearest qualified repair facility.

Our Golf Concierge Service is available to you 24 hours a day, anywhere
in the world so you can make the most of your golf travels.
Our services include:
• Golf course recommendations
• Slope and ratings information

• Tee time reservations (based on availability)
• PGA-Professional referral service
• Find-A-Foursome service
• Golf club retrieval (assistance to locate and return lost clubs)
• Assistance with golf club pickup, delivery & shipping (service only,
insured responsible for fees)
• Rental club reservations
• Assistance with ground transportation (limousines, shuttle buses,
car rentals)
• Event ticketing assistance for PGA, LPGA & Senior PGA events
• Restaurant referrals/reservations
• Airport transportation
Hole-in-One Celebration: Reimburses Your receipted bar expenses or
beverages purchased (up to $250) if You make a hole-in-one. Club
verification of hole-in-one required and bar expenses must be a
clubhouse affiliated with golf course where hole-in-one took place.
Roadside Assistance*
Towing Assistance – When towing is necessary, the covered vehicle
will be towed to the nearest service facility or to any location requested
by the covered customer.
Flat Tire Assistance – Service consists of the replacement of a flat tire
with the covered vehicle’s spare tire. Towing assistance will be provided
if needed.
Oil, Fluid, and Water Delivery Service – An emergency supply of oil,
fluid, and water will be delivered to any covered vehicle in immediate
need. The customer must pay for costs of the fluids if there is one.
Fuel Delivery Service – An emergency supply of fuel will be delivered
to any covered vehicle in immediate need. The customer must pay for
the costs of the fluids if there is one.
Lock-out Assistance – Assistance will be provided in gaining entry to a
covered vehicle if the keys are lost or locked inside.
Battery Assistance – Battery assistance (jump-start) will be provided to
any covered customer in immediate need.
Collision Assistance – If a customer is involved in a
collision in their covered vehicle, towing assistance will be provided
when needed to direct the vehicle back to the issuing dealership if
possible or to the nearest qualified repair facility.
*Roadside Assistance provided by Coach-Net Services Inc., 900 N Lake
Havasu Ave, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403. $50 limit per occurrence. The
authorized service providers contracted to perform the service are
independent contractors and not agents or employees of Coach-Net. To
activate the roadside assistance benefit, customer must contact Travel
Guard directly for services to be rendered and for the benefit to apply.
No reimbursement will be made unless Travel Guard makes all roadside
assistance arrangements.

Travel Guard Assist will provide the Insured with:
personalized identification tags for the Insured's
Baggage, passport, wallet, camera, or other valuables,
and two permanent identification cards. If the
Insured's Baggage or valuables are lost or stolen,
Travel Guard Assist will assist in locating them.
CONCIERGE SERVICES
Restaurant Referrals and Reservations - Travel Guard
Assist will supply a restaurant referral based on your
needs and desires. Additionally Travel Guard Assist will
arrange for reservations at the recommended
restaurant. Based on availability.
Ground Transportation - Travel Guard Assist will
locate and arrange for a transportation service to pick
you up and deliver you to your desired destination.
Event Ticketing - Travel Guard Assist will assist with
the purchase of tickets to such events as sporting
events, theatre, and concerts. Based on availability.
Tee Time Reservations - Travel Guard Assist will
facilitate the reservation of tee times at available
courses and recommend alternatives in case of a
booked course. Based on availability.
Floral Services - Travel Guard Assist will facilitate the
ordering of flowers for such events as birthdays,
anniversaries, holidays, and other special occasions.
Non-insurance services are provided by Travel Guard
Assist.
