Death Toll Tops 1,000

The WHO stated this week that the death toll in the West African countries of Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia and Nigeria has reached 1,013.

Due to the lack of foreseeable markets for Ebola treatment there is a severe deficit in the availability of medication and treatment for the disease. 

The assistant WHO director general hopes to see more availability of these drugs between November and January of 2015.
