Winter Storm Octavia has left more than a foot of snow in parts of the South, as well as an ice storm that caused major problems on roadways and hundreds of thousands to lose power.  More than 2,000 flights were cancelled Monday 2/16, followed by more than 1,500 flights canceledTuesday.  Flights in and out of Richmond, Raleigh-Durham, Greenville/Spartanburg, Nashville and Washington, D.C. were affected. Customers are strongly encouraged to read their Description of Coverage or Insurance Policy for details regarding their available coverage.  For plans that do offer coverage for adverse weather and natural disasters, please note that there is no coverage for this specific storm under any plans purchased on or after Sunday, February 15, 2015.  Please contact CSA Travel Protection with questions.
