Many airlines are offering to change travelers’ flights without a fee to avoid risk of further spreading of the coronavirus.
If your airline waives the fees and you decide to change your travel dates, you can contact your travel insurance provider up until the day before you are originally scheduled leave for your trip to request they change the travel dates on your policy. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
