A magnitude-6.4 earthquake hit the east coast city of Hualien City, Taiwan on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, killing at least 2 people and injuring more than 100 others. This earthquake marks the second earthquake over magnitude-6, and one of nearly 100 overall, to hit the area since Sunday, February 4, 2018.

Multiple hotels caved in or were damaged by the earthquakes. If your hotel is uninhabitable, you may be able to cancel your upcoming trip to Taiwan.
