You can contact your provider’s claims department by phone, email, or mail. Alternatively, some providers have the option to file a claim online. You are able to start a claim at any point after you have incurred a loss, even if you are still traveling.

When you file a travel insurance claim, regardless of the benefit you are claiming under, your travel insurance provider will indicate what supporting documentation they require to finalize their decision. Depending on the claim, this will include things like receipts, proof of purchase, proof of cancellation, hospital bills, etc. This supporting documentation helps to confirm that you were eligible to be covered, and that you suffered a financial loss.

In the event that your claim is not handled to your satisfaction, Squaremouth customers are eligible to open a Zero Complaint case through our Zero Complaint Guarantee.
