Once you have filed your claim directly with the insurance provider, you will receive reimbursement in the form of a check.
Once you complete the claim process and your claim has been approved, you will receive reimbursement by check. This check will be mailed to the address on file, and made out to the primary traveler on the policy. Claims are typically processed within 45-60 days.
