Travel insurance comparison site, Squaremouth, will assist you to ensure your travel insurance provider handles your claim fairly and honestly.
Squaremouth has more than 10 years of experience handling Zero Complaint cases on behalf of our customers, and we have relationships with most major travel insurance providers.
What will we do for you?
For selected ITN subscribers, one of our licensed claims adjusters will contact you and explain what documentation is required to effectively pursue your Zero Complaint case. After that point, we will contact your provider to see what steps, if any, can be taken to reverse the outcome of your claim. We will use our expertise to mediate with your provider on your behalf, and will maintain all contact with the provider throughout the process.
Our promise to ITN subscribers
If we select your case, we promise to investigate it to its fullest. Squaremouth’s Zero Complaint Team will only pursue a certain number of cases each month.
How does the Zero Complaint process work?
1. Explain your complaint in as much detail as possible, including what happened, what you claimed for, and why you’re dissatisfied.
2. If we select your case, one of our licensed claims adjusters will explain what documentation is required.
3. Squaremouth will mediate on your behalf with your travel insurance provider to present our case for reconsideration.
