We understand your travel plans may have been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic and subsequent European travel ban. We also know you have questions about how your travel insurance policy may be applied.

We are closely monitoring this changing situation, and are working with all authorities to be able to quickly and accurately answer these questions. We appreciate your patience as we work to understand the ongoing impacts on travel and travel insurance policies.

If You are a Current Policyholder:

We have been in constant communication with our travel insurance providers to understand applicable coverage and limitations. At this time, we recommend contacting your insurance provider as they are best suited to advise on specific policy coverage directly.

If You Have Not Purchased a Policy:

Our customer service department remains updated and vigilant as this scenario evolves, and is able to advise on travel insurance coverage that can still be purchased. To help answer traveler’s questions and find available policies, we created the Travel Insurance and Coronavirus Guide.
