Squaremouth’s structure is built around company-wide collaboration. As we grow, we create time for the team to get together. Our Florida office has a company boat for employees to enjoy, and in 2017, Squaremouth paid for an all-inclusive company cruise.
Major company decisions come down to a group vote, including new hires, employee raises, and policy changes. In 2014, an employee proposed adding a mandatory 10-day minimum to the unlimited vacation policy. Squaremouth staff voted to approve the change.
