Squaremouth Extends Unique Zero Complaint Guarantee to Subscribers of International Travel News

ST. PETERSBURG FL May 5, 2017 — Leading travel insurance comparison site, Squaremouth, has extended its exclusive Zero Complaint Guarantee to subscribers of International Travel News, a website and magazine based in California.

Squaremouth’s Zero Complaint Guarantee is its promise to customers that every policy sold on is from a reputable provider. If a customer is not happy with how their claim is handled, Squaremouth’s licensed claims adjusters will mediate with the provider on their behalf in effort to have the claim resolved.

Extending the Guarantee to International Travel News Subscribers
The Zero Complaint Guarantee had previously been available exclusively to Squaremouth customers. Now, subscribers of International Travel News also have access to Squaremouth’s team of travel insurance experts.

Any International Travel News subscriber can submit their travel insurance complaint for Squaremouth’s Zero Complaint Team to investigate. If Squaremouth believes the claim was handled unfairly, they will mediate with the provider to understand their decision and work to reverse the outcome of the claim.

“Once we’ve opened a case, we maintain all contact with the provider and mediate on the claimant’s behalf,” said Squaremouth Zero Complaint Director Brandi Morse. “Not every claim will be approved, but it’s our job to understand why and to ensure travelers receive the claim refunds they are justly entitled to.”

How the Guarantee Works for International Travel News Subscribers
One of Squaremouth’s licensed claims adjusters will interview the claimant to fully understand the nature of their claim. They will then schedule a meeting with the travel insurance provider and present their case for reconsideration. Squaremouth cannot guarantee that a claim will be approved, but their Zero Complaint Team will always obtain a clear explanation of the outcome.
