From September to November 2015, crews worked to demolish St. Petersburg’s iconic Inverted Pyramid Pier. Over the course of two months, cranes dismantled the structure bit by bit. The demolition of the old pier is in preparation for the construction of the new St. Pete Pier, which is expected to be completed in 2018.
