Individual Excellence in Customer Service
“Serving and providing my guests the best customer service possible has not only become my passion, but it has transformed how I treat every person I come across wherever I go, regardless of their situation or status in life.”
“The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others”
When I moved to Florida six years ago, I had no direction, goals or purpose. Starting work that first day at Parkshore Grill I had no idea the doors that had just opened for me and the dreams that would follow.
Those first few years were not easy, but the energy of working at the most successful restaurant on Beach Drive opened my eyes to a world of possibilities, experiences and people who have helped me become the man I am today and the man I strive to be in the future.
Serving and providing my guests the best customer service possible has not only become my passion, but it has transformed how I treat every person I come across wherever I go, regardless of their situation or status in life. You never know just how much you can influence someone’s day with just a smile and a warm greeting.
I never would have thought that working at Parkshore Grill would be my career, but after these many years I can’t think of any place I would rather be. I also look forward to the beginning of a new chapter in February as I take my first round of Sommelier testing with Parkshore’s full support.
The nomination given to me by Jessica and the Squaremouth team has been incredibly overwhelming. I would like to extend my most sincere gratitude; you have no idea how much this means to my family, friends and me. I would also like to congratulate all the other award winners–you guys are what makes downtown thrive!
Most of all, I thank my Parkshore family, especially Chef Tyson, for their continuous support and guidance. Words could never express how much love and appreciation I have for each and every one of them.
