CSA Position Statement Tropical Storm Iselle

Tropical Storm Iselle formed in the eastern Pacific Ocean about 1,075 miles southwest of the tip of Baja California on Thursday.  Iselle is gaining strength as it moves west-northwest through open waters and should become a hurricane by Saturday at the latest.  Iselle will remain far from land over the next five days, and does not pose an immediate threat to land.  Customers are strongly encouraged to read their Description of Coverage or Insurance Policy for details regarding their available coverage.  For plans that do offer coverage for adverse weather and natural disasters, please note that there is no coverage for this specific storm under any plans purchased on or after Friday, August 1st, 2014.  Please contact CSA Travel Protection with questions.
