How Will I Get the Policy Documentation?

After buying a travel insurance policy on, there will be instant policy confirmation on screen. The traveler can write the information down or click the print icon on the top right and print the confirmation summary. There is also a confirmation email that is sent to the traveler when the purchase is complete. A coverage summary is included as a .pdf in that email as well. A separate confirmation email will also be sent from the insurance carrier. If the traveler does not have an email address, then that should be indicated on the purchase page. Some insurance carriers will send the policy documentation through traditional mail for a fee. Always refer to the certificate of insurance for details.
