It is possible to have the confirmation of coverage sent by traditional mail. This request can be made at the time of purchase, or afterward by contacting Squaremouth or the carrier.
If the email confirmation has not been received, check the email spam or junk folder, as some emails go there instead of the inbox. If another email confirmation is needed, please contact Squaremouth, and the confirmation can be re-sent.
