If I need to be medically evacuated, will my family be evacuated with me?

With travel insurance, medical evacuation generally transports the insured that is ill or injured. It may be possible for a family member to be with you, however there are no guarantees.  It would depend on many factors including the severity of the situation and capacity. The remaining insured parties would qualify for trip interruption benefits.
