    I emailed AXA when I had to rebook my return to the US since our cruise ship was not able to disembark in Buenos Aires as scheduled. Never received a response to my email. On my return home, I called AXA and thought I was opening a claim once I spoke to someone to obtain a claim form. When I called AXA again with a question I had, I was surprised that a claim was not automatically opened. I am now completing all the paperwork to submit my claim.

    So far not impressed with their service.

    It over a week to get an answer regarding my claim. I was asked more than once to submit the same documentation.
    I still haven't heard anything back

    Hopeful that it will help us recoup virtually all the monies paid upfront. Had to cancel out plans due to Omicrom.

    The representative seemed unsure about my question regarding a delay with receiving my COVID-19 PCR Report in a timely manner which is a requirement to board any aircraft departing from Ghana. Therefore, I missed my flight on January 3rd and had to pay for another COVID-19 PCR Report only to experience extreme delay by 2 days flying with United Airlines due to a staffing shortage with its crew members. Therefore, I plan to file a claim citing trip delay. Thank you

    Because of the sudden and rapid increase in omicron cases we decided to postpone our trip. Thus far AXA Assistance USA has been responsive, cooperative, and has assisted in rescheduling the period for which the policy will be effective.
