    I like being able to compare different insurance companies and there programs and rates. The web site was fast and easy to navigate in selecting my carrier choice. Payment was easy and straight forward.
    I was sad to learn our travel delay was not covered. I thought any delay for any reason was covered.

    We were unhappy that we were completely denied any payment for our trip delay. We thought we were covered for any reason.

    Waiting for MD report to submit all paperwork. So far, so good. No issues with the insurance company. All personnel helpful, professional, efficient.

    Because I became very ill and cancelled my trip, it was two or three weeks before I filed the claim. CSA then replied, requiring me to jump through more hoops (provide cancelled checks and credit-card statements, though the travel company receipt was already submitted; demanding travel documents even though they were included also, etc.) which I finally did with my son's help two weeks ago by email. Still no word from them. I would certainly never deal with this company again.

    Unfortunately I fractured my patella weeks prior to the trip and had to cancel. Although it took a little longer than I would have liked for refund, I must admit paperwork required was reasonable and staff were very pleasant to deal with.

    Because of weather problems and ensuing flight delays we had to stay an extra unplanned night in Amsterdam. I sent my receipts and explanations to CSA and they promptly reimbursed us for our extra expenses. I was VERY pleased with the responsiveness and efficiency of CSA. Will use them again.

    My trip and the first hotel we booked were horible. The place was being renovated and was unsafe for my daughter so I had to find another hole at the last minute. Because it was a holiday weekend , most places were booked And I ended up having to pay quite a bit more, which I will never see. So it cosy me about $1000.00 more. I can not get that back from book g . Com because they didn't make the arangements. I didn't have the time to, and they were sending me rooms that did not meet the other place. Witch was on the beach with a pool, and kitchen.
