    I got pneumonia on my cruise. When I called your office your people got a claim form to me within 3 days. They were very considerate and helpful.

    We were unable to go on our trip because my husband's brother was unexpectedly diagnosed during his annual physical with a 10 cm aortic aneurysm after an ultra-sound procedure. He was sent immediately to a hospital and underwent major surgery.

    Initially, I called CSA regarding the unexpected delay in our travel plans due to my husband's brother condition and the representation emailed me a TRIP INTERRUPTION/CANCELLATION packet which included several forms. I later called CSA to let them know that I had to cancel our travel plans. The representative said I should complete the information in the original TRIP INTERRUPTION/CANCELLATION packet emailed to me. The representative also said that I should first contact the airlines for possible reimbursement which I have done.

    Within the emailed TRIP INTERRUPTION/TRIP CANCELLATION packet is a Patient Authorization Form which requires that my husband's brother authorize the release of his medical records. I was told by the CSA representative that I had 90 days to complete the process. Since my husband's brother is still in intensive care, I have not addressed this trip cancellation requirement with him.

    I am hopeful that I will be able to handle the paperwork within the time frame required by CSA to get our vacation rental property reimbursed.

    I was so glad I had decided to buy trip insurance for out trip to Florida in January. We experienced a huge snowfall (2 feet) the day before we were to fly. All flights were cancelled on the day we were booked. Consequently we lost a day of our trip and one day's expense that was non refundable on our condo. I called the customer service number on the policy and spoke with a very nice lady who told me to enjoy the rest of our trip and how to fill out a claim form when I get home. She said there was no rush. That was refreshing knowing that I didn't have to take more time from our vacation to deal with insurance claims. When I got home and settled I filled out the claim form, faxed my documents, and received a check in the mail within two weeks. Very pleased with the service, and will definitely use it again.

    Due to a medical emergency we contacted the emergency service phone # and spoke to Mr. Michael Goldsmith. We can not speak more positively concerning the unbelievable service Mr. Goldsmith provided. He took charge during a very difficult time and arranged all transportation and perfect accommodation. His first words were, "I am here to solve your problems". This he did with speed and personal interest. His special attention to each personal need was exceptional. All was done in a matter of hours including timely updates of progress. We have been trying to contact Mr. Goldsmith to express our appreciation.
    We recommend this company and its people very highly. Our experience as a whole has been extraordinary !

    The claim we filed with CSA was processed very quickly but there is a considerable amount of time needed to get the necessary response from our primary insurance to file the claim. As long as you provide exactly what CSA requires the claim will go smoothly. Read the claim requirements carefully.
