    Was I ever surprised to see that there was a $150 a day limit for flight delay. I had to pay more in motel and food costs due to the delay, but was not given a check for that amount.

    I really appreciated that Customer Service personnel were very patient with the many questions I had and helped me understand the nuances of the coverage. Fortunately there was no need to file a claim so I can not speak to that end of the policy coverage. Overall I was pleased with the ease of comparing the policies as well as the personal assistance I was given each time I called.

    Calls to CSA were answered by a person, not a machine, and were handled with professionalism, courteousness and respect. Our claim was handled in a reasonable amount of time and CSA remained in contact with us during the process. We fully recommend this policy to other travelers.

    I find your policy to be quite misleading to both your employees and your customers. It says clearly on page 7 that baggage that is delayed for more than 24 hours is covered for $200. I spoke with someone on the phone at CSA, who also understood the policy to have that meaning and I was emailed a form to fill out. Then, my claim was denied. I am a very frequent traveler, but I will think twice about using your services again.

    The claim is really involved and time consuming. However, I realize it is necessary to accurately validate a claim. I had to provide legal documents, passports, cruise documentation, proof of payment, and doctor's validation to prove my cancelled trip was necessary. In the end, the claim was approved in a timely manner and my check sent promptly. Note to others: keep all your paperwork for each trip easily accessible to make filing easier. Yes, I would wholeheartedly recommend this policy to others as I plan to make it my "go to" travel company/policy in the future...it was affordable and in this case, totally needed.

    I called with a question regarding documentation for the claim...I was unclear about something from on the web info. the reply was just tell us what you told me. that did not answer my question so I re-phrased it. Same reply. Very stoic representative. If I call again maybe I wont get her

    just filed the claim, so will be happy if all goes well, not so much if it doesn't. So far main comment is that the form was a little cumbersome. Also, it requires details of cancelled flight info in writing from the carrier. I've requested this info from american airlines, but they are basically only available through the internet per this request, and to date haven't been too helpful in providing details.
