Went smoothly questions were answered good value

CSA fully paid a claim for all prepayments for a self-arranged tour that had to be cancelled because of a mobility-restricting injury, along with costs associated with getting back to home city.

My luggage was damaged. The repair cost is ONLY $ 13.33 and I still have NOT heard from CSA. What would CSA do if I had a real major problem during my trip ? I have no faith in CSA............

My wife fractured her wrist in Turkey and we filled a claim for $600+.

I am making a claim now for my parents, who couldn't travel because of my mother was very sick. I am in the process of sending some additional documents for my claim.
During the trip my daughter was sick and she made a visit to the doctor. I spent $153.66 for that visit. I might submit a claim for that if her insurance doesn't pay for the visit.
So far my experience with this company was a positive one but I can say finally after the pay for my claim.

While on our trip, we opened a claim, however chose not to seek medical attention. Fortunately, we did not need the services, but CSA was excellent in corresponding with us while we were in Asia. They also followed up and were very professional.
We have no hesitation in using their services in the future.
