    I chose this policy with the help of your assistant. It was medium priced and covered what I was asked to cover by the travel agent. I haven't taken out travel insurance before, but will contact this company again in the future if I need insurance.

    I have used CSA insurance for my family in prior trips to Europe. Their 24-hour assistance was very useful in one instance. The CSA policy is highly recommended!

    Representatives made it easy to determine what features to purchase and provided me a clear understanding of what I was purchasing and how it would and would not support a future claim. All in all, I am glad I didn't need to file a claim but it was reassuring to have the protection during the trip. The 180 days of identity theft protection is the icing on the cake. I highly recommend SquareMouth insurance for any major trip.

    CSA is absolutely five star when it comes to handling a claim. We experienced an air travel delay that resulted in forfeited hotel stays and private transfers and even an excursion.

    I simply followed the instructions avail on line from CSA and submitted all the req'd documentation by email. I was completely, but happily shocked to receive their confirmation and acceptance of my claim so rapidly. I filed it 8:46 am on Friday and rec'vd their approval at 3:31pm on Monday. And the check will be in the mail within 3 business days. What's not to love about CSA!! They rock the travel world!
