    It took two and one half months to receive payment on my claim. I called 4 different times and each time was told they were very busy but I could expect a check in a week or so. Maybe they need more employees.

    We had to transfer our original trip policy to another when our tour company cancelled the first one. Fortunately we were able to find another tour for about the same time and length. It took just one call to transfer the policy and we received our new coverage documents online immediately. Great service!

    Fortunately I had no health issues, travel interuptions or other possible claims, but feel confident that should those issues had arisen Global Alert would have been there to help.

    I reported a claim on-line on 2017/08/25 for trip cancellation because I heard that one of the destinations on our tour to China suffered an earthquake and was closed to the public for touring. It is now 2017/11/14 and still no refund. I'm just disappointed that it takes a while for us to get the refund.

    Global Alert 24 was not helpful in getting us to the cruise port in Quebec City following our flight cancellation in JFK. Basically played 20 questions and then gave us a reference number and a phone number to call to begin a claim form. Global Alert provided claim forms as requested. The trip delay forms are paper based and antiquated. Submission of forms via the AON website it EXTREMELY cumbersome because each page is restricted to something like 4k jpg, so scanned docs have to be resized using a photo editor and submitted one at a time as attachments. My $800 claim took 19 pages! There was no acknowledgement of claim receipt and no apparent way to check status of claim. It is obvious that they use all available means to discourage claim submission.

    Had a problem initially with cancellation of policy. Spoke with a supervisor who reviewed issue and rescinded cancellation. No further issues of any type.
