Global Alert made it very easy for me to buy an travel insurance policy for my cruise to Australia and New Zealand. I could rest easy knowing my trip was covered and if I needed anything they were only a phone call away. I called customer service just to be sure I was purchasing what I needed to purchase for my trip and everyone was friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain everything. Thank you.
I initially had some questions and spoke with a representative. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I will be using them again in the future.
Bought preferred plus coverage for my husband and myself, then bought for my sister but was given preferred coverage only. When I called to to upgrade my sister's was told she does not qualify for preferred plus. Then, I said how come my husband and myself qualified for preferred plus, I was told it was a mistake and therefore I could cancel. I said no and said I will keep the coverage that was sold by mistake which had higher coverage which was told was valid in case a claim is made.
After initial purchase and then changes had trouble getting adjustment on credit card statement. After multiple calls and some time the problem was resolved.
Have always had five star treatment before and this would have been five stars. I will give the company another try next time I travel.

Tripmate received paperwork for claim on October 3, 2016 - signed for by Quita Crockett and has not ontacted me since then. I had to call on November 21, 2016 to find out about the status of my claim. Soke with Jeff and explained situation and he responded that I would hear from Tripmate within 24 - 48 hours. Am still waiting.

Took a little longer than expected but handled well. Good service.
I filed a claim on 14 October and don't see any useful information when I try to retrieve the status at the travelclaimsonline.com web site. I received a Plan Number of M875 for claim ID 6256637. I hope this is the correct claim ID. I sent in one copy via fax and another via attachment to an email on 14 October. Could you please advise me of the current status of my claim. I haven't received any request for additional information or any other correspondence other than a packet of forms in the mail that contained the same forms that I had filled out and transmitted previously. I don't know how to interpret the information that I see on your status web site.
Please provide me the status of my claim along with an estimate of when you expect to complete processing.
