    I had problems trying to get the dates of coverage changed before the start of my trip. They were slow to respond to my emails and when I called the customer service number I kept getting the claims department and they would have to transfer my call and then no one would answer. When I finally did reach someone who could help me she was supposed to send me an email confirming the change in the coverage dates but I never received it. I'm just glad I didn't have to file a claim!

    After reviewing our logs, there were multiple emails to confirm the changes to your itinerary, but we were pleased to see each was responded to on the same day or within 1 business day. We understand additional information can be inconvenient, however, this is procedure to make certain you have the correct coverage for the correct trip details.

    You mentioned not receiving the updated email confirmation. We show that this was emailed to you, but that doesn’t mean it was received. Please let us know if there is any information you need.

    The processing process was excellent. The website made it easy to choose between policies. Quick, easy and a few questions were answered immediately. Did not have to file a claim (thank goodness) so cannot give additional information.

    There was a very large amount of paperwork required to file my relatively small claim (less than $200 for a medical cost on cruise); as a customer who has bought many, many policies through Squaremouth I expect you to expedite my claim.

    You expressed concern about the paperwork required to file your claim. We understand it can seem like a lot, but every claim is required to be documented in order for benefits to be payable. Without proper documentation, a claim cannot be considered payable.
