    Fortunately I did not have to avail myself of your services. Like any insurance policy you buy, you hope you never have to use it but it gives you peace of mind knowing that it is there if you need it.

    Unexplained delays and repeated frustrations on what was a very clear cut "cancel for any reason" claim. I had to contact Glibal Alert several times over many months and even had to get a Squaremouth rep to intervene. Would not use Global Alert again.

    The agent I talked to was so very helpful. I told her what I wanted and she found a policy for same amount of money that provided more coverage.

    When I inquired about making a claim I was given two different sets of instructions to do so. The first representative told me I go do it through Squaremouth. The second representative told me I had to file with the insurance company. I am trying to sort out which is the right way to do this.

    We believe we submitted everything that was asked for in the claim instruction. Gloval Alert received the claim last week. We hope to have the claim approved within a week or two.

    all went well, good for you we do NOT file a claim , therefore you made MONEY on us which is fine, since we operate under the motto, " better be SAFE than Sorry "... we did not need Medical Assistance, we will use you again, thank you, Manfred h. Braig
