I really LOVED the fact that I could select/compare policies based on features that were important to me. Because we had some fairly tight connections, a policy that covered a delay was critical. It was easy to find what I was looking for (by myself without having to call anyone), compare prices, ratings, etc with minimal effort.
Thankfully, we didn't need to use this service! :)
