We did not require any assistance before or after our trip. However our friends who were to travel with us had an urgent medical condition and had to cancel. The company provided a prompt refund of their expenses. We are all very impressed. (Though we missed our friends on the trip.)

The rep quoted us $99.99 for the insurance package, and gave us a reference # for this quote. A couple of days before departing on the cruise, the price for this reference # had changed to about $9.00 more. We simply could not confince her to honor the earlier quote.
