No specific comments about setting pre-trip insurance aside from noting the online process was úser friendly'- premium payment & policy confirmation promptly processed.During Trip
Currently not in a position to publicly/privately make comment on the service and reliability of insurance carrier - a small claim is to be submitted and I will readily comment after processing of this. (1st claim in 14 prior o/seas trips)Claim Process
am awaiting directions on how to lodge claim. Email request send - I will wait a further 7 days before approaching 'redress'from other sources.
