Why I am rating customer servic low is not that the person was lacking but that the policy did not provide moving my existing 1 week policy(postponded because of Hurricane Sandy) to the week provided by my travel agent as a replacement for our cancelled flight. Yet I had no claim????

No specific comments about setting pre-trip insurance aside from noting the online process was úser friendly'- premium payment & policy confirmation promptly processed.
Currently not in a position to publicly/privately make comment on the service and reliability of insurance carrier - a small claim is to be submitted and I will readily comment after processing of this. (1st claim in 14 prior o/seas trips)

we placed a claim for delayed baggage on our arrival in the UK on April 26th, emailed all supporting documents and to date have received only the automated response to say received. I have called twice and been told someone will call me back, very un-impressed with the carier thus far

I called the carrier to make a change on the policy information and received a voicemail. I didn't receive a call back before I had to travel, so the change wasn't made. The documentation arrived by email in a timely manner and by mail while I was on vacation.

I am in the process of submitting a claim. My trip to Myanmar was canceled due to illness just the day before I was to depart. I can provide more information after the claim is processed. I cannot comment on a rating for iTravel Insured until the claim is processed. I cannot submit this e form unless I tick the stars above, thus I have rated them all three though I cannot actually rate them/. This is a problem with this questionaire. I would not use these stars as a definitive rating!!!

Execellent insurance experience we didn't need to submit a claim and the vacation was fabulous, but the ease with quote and purchasing was fantastic and I will definitely be using your company again...
