    My bike was lost and I was on edge because I was on a 6 week vacation that was nothing but bike involved. I called and they were fairly noncommittal/ vague about what I would do should I not receive my bike case and gear inside case. Not very reassuring. It did work out in the end but not because of them.

    The customer service provided was excellent. The agents were knowledgeable in their field and provided answers to the questions I had. We felt confident that we chose a good policy and a reliable agency. Thank G-d we did not need to use the policy!

    Sadly and unexpectedly had to cancel our trip 50 days before departure. The claims process was incredibly fast and easy and we received a full refund of the cost not refunded by the travel agency itself. One phone call and some paper work was all it took. Highly recommend this service.

    The agents were very helpful in identifying and supplying the forms needed, as well as answering any questions about completing the claim process. After the initial documents were filed, requests for clarification and/or additional information were entirely reasonable and professionally communicated. Ours was a somewhat unique situation but its resolution was well handled without unnecessary delays.

    We were contacted by the cruise line with an offer. The cruise was overbooked and if we would change our departure date, they would upgrade our room and include an additional stop. Although our coverage had not started, John Hancock could not change the coverage period so we were not able to take advantage of this opportunity.

    i was surprised to find that process for filing a claim involved filling out static document. further the document i received was very generic and a large portion of the document wasn't applicable to my situation. i would imagine that online form similar to this survey would insure the necessary information is collected and reduce the time required to review/process the claim.
