Very satisfied. I filed the claim, with the receipts, and received a check soon after. No questions asked!
The only reason for 4 stars, not 5 was a slight confusion in their reading my first claim submission, but this was readily cleared up and the claim reasonably
agents freely and politely answered questions which helped select product.
Did not need any help or customer service during the trip. Came close one day, when all trains stopped running from London's Eustus Station. Got rerouted from Paddington, and actually caught the ferry to Ireland so did not need help.
I never received anything in the mail, I had downloaded the Policy from the WEB site, but thought I was to receive documentation prior to my departure. Either John Handcock failed to follow up or It was not clear in the WEB site that there would only be the printed material from the Squaremouth.
I had no contact with the insurance carrier, there was no need.
No claims were filled

Very little to say. All done by internet. Shopped by price. Many have the rep of collecting money but never paying. We'll see after our claim is filed

John Hancock out sources there calls. The person I talked with was not very nolagable on travel insurance .very disappointed !
