Thank you for the refund when I had to cancel the insurance. It was easy to do. There was no interaction during trip as per question #5.
Fortunately no claim was necessary. However, I was impressed in the process of arranging for our coverage for the personal attention.

Took two requests to obtain actual policy from John Hancock.
The person who answered the phone would have been fine if I were calling the cable company because my internet connection was slow. I called because I had a problem and had paid for a policy that offered this service. The thought that my situation would have been more serious makes me shudder. I will not use your company again.
Just outside of 30 days before our cruise my wife broke her foot and had to have surgery - so we had to cancel. The cruise line only refunded about 50% but the insurance came through for the rest plus the non-reusable airline tickets. I will always buy cruise insurance and Squaremouth is a great place to find it.
Second time we have used them. It was quick and simple and nice to know that we were covered by a reputable Insurance company should it be needed. Fortunately again it was not needed
Over the phone I asked 7 Corners what I thought was a simple question - were photo copies of receipts for medical attention acceptable, or were originals required ?. I was told to contact John Hancock.. I did this, but after 15 min. on hold I gave up. Then sent an email to 7 Corners again but never received a response. Finally giving up, I mailed my claim with photo copies attached

I am in the process of filing a claim for lost stolen personal property. My first contact with the claims department was positive and I expect and hope for a satisfactory and prompt settlement. I chose John Hancock because of the brand, and favorable coverage for the money.I can only make a positive endorsement after the conclusion of my claim

A 20% discount was applied for depreciation which seems reasonable. I officially submitted the claim on Nov. 22 and received by email the settlement evaluation. The check is in the mail. Thank you.
