    Trip was delayed numerous hours however the process to file a claim and actually recover anything was not worth the time it took.

    They did not tell me I had to include airline ticket but airline tickets are not eligible for cancel for any reason.

    We had to cancel our trip due a medical situation. John Hancock was very easy to deal with and they processed our claim pleasantly and quickly. We received our Insurance Proceeds within 3 weeks of filing the claim.

    We have recommended John Hancock to all of our friends.

    We will use Squaremouth and John Hancock on all our future trips.
