I am in the process of submitting a claim for Trip Interruption and look forward to resolving it with MH Ross ASAP.
My interactions with MH Ross during my Interrupted Trip were mixed (Amanda, Jane, Jeff, & Art), While some of their customer service reps were very helpful, others were not able to give me the reassurances I desired/needed. Strangely, I was referred to Traveler's Aid (Paula, who was extremely nice!), when I thought that MH Ross should have been more responsive.
My claim is being mailed tomorrow and I am hoping my thorough documentation will allow the process to run smoothly. I will update throughout the process.

This was a good travel insurance buying experience. The policy covered all aspects I needed covered and provided a great deal of scope, options and was easy to purchase with excellent US based English speaking phone support even very late CST on a Friday night. I would recommend this policy to other travelers vs. other comparable options I looked at. A very good experience for acquiring the right coverage to protect the investment in and whilst on our trip.
We did not receive a confirmation or proof of insurance. After emailing MHR asking for confirmation I received a call then received an email with confirmation.
I was glad that the insurance was affordable and that everything went well and I didn't need to use it.
We got this particular insurance, due to having rental car coverage as well. Once arriving in Grand Caymans, we found out that Budget and others, do not accept this rental coverage insurance. Very upsetting to say the least. We felt that we had wasted money.

I was so glad I purchased travel insurance, because six weeks before my trip, I broke my leg. I was still able to take the trip, but it was in doubt for a while, and having the insurance gave me peace of mind. The trip was great (Italy!) and I did not need to make a claim.
