Feedback for MH Ross: Most of our questions were answered by MH Ross, and the initial person we spoke to before deciding to purchase was very nice. But, later we had a question about whether the rental car insurance was primary or secondary to our own car insurance, and no one knew the answer (it's not specified in the contract). We weren't available to call back during weekday business hours because we were going to be on our cruise, but they said they'd make a note of it in our file and find out the answer so that when we called back the following Sunday after our cruise docked, they'd have an answer for us before we rented our car. When we called back, they had no record of our previous phone call and no answer to our question. We decided to not purchase their car rental protection since we didn't have our answer.
I had put incorrect dates in the application and after I had purchased the plan noticed that I was 2 days short. I called the provider and they very quickly modified the plan dates for me.
Had no contact with the carrier before the trip and after my purchase.
We had to cancel the trip
Actually went pretty smoothly; I was surprised.
Piece of advice: do not fly Tam Airlines!!!!
Trip cancelled for health reasons. No contact with agent. Went right to carrier - OLD REPUBLIC - service excellent - pay off held up by airline for 4 months. Refund $2900 out of $8900 cost.\r\nOLD REPUBLIC to pay balance now.\r\nJM
Old Republic - many followups. Delay caused by foreign air carrier.
I did not get a hard copy of my insurance coverage, just a downloaded PDF, so while quick and easy, sometimes PDF copies are not sufficient in emerging countries.
The trip was changed from nepal,tibet to india and the agent was very helpful

I have not submitted everything yet since i am waiting for a repair to be completed.
Got the information I needed upfront, but didn't file a claim, so the other items are not applicable.
Very easy and clear to compare and select a policy..and affordable. All questions and explanations clearly answered on terms and coverages online. Policy issuance fast with plenty of opportunities to talk to live people if needed. I had a high comfort level in carriers.and Squaremouth. No claims made.
I would have liked to receive an actual copy of my policy in the mail, especially since I purchased it months ahead of time. I'm glad I didn't need to use it since all I had was an email confirmation of purchase.
