Staff on the phone were very helpful and fortunately we didn't have to make any claims.
I requested a hard copy of my travel insurance policy because my printer was not working. I wanted to bring a copy with me during my travel. I was told it will be sent by mail but to date I have not received it. It seemed easy for M.H Ross customer service to ignore a simple request from a client.
Although there is also a positive side. The first agent I spoke to, took time to explain details about the policy. She was very nice.
So far the experience has been positive. I will be able to share as my claim gets processed.
My initial experiences with my Ross were very positive but only rating 3 stars as I've received inconsistent responses/information from different reps. Awaiting my claim decision currently

Very good to work with. Processed claim timely. They were equitable in settling claim. Apologize for my loss. Would have given 5 stars if I'd received consistent information throughout the entire pros ds from reps, but still above average customer service 4.5 stars out of 5
Information given to me prior to purchasing the insurance was very helpful in making the decision on the type of insurance I needed to purchase. Fortunately, I did not need to use the insurance.
My response will depend on the efficiency of MH Ross and my satisfaction of the claim process.

Medical note and all documentation has been supplied to MH Ross and still I have not received any refund. I've called several times and they are RIDICULOUSLY slow. I'm 100% confident that we are eligible for a refund based on the severity of my son's condition so I have no idea why this is taking so long. The last time I purchased an insurance plan and had to cancel I was reimbursed within days. This is now more than 4 weeks and still no answer from them. Very dissatisfied with their service!
