I also want to think Nationwide , they stood behind their policy once they received all the necessary documents. I have since purchased two more policies through Squaremouth.

I was so happy with her assistance that I reached out to her manager to express my total satisfaction with my contact with her. I would definitely use Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company in the future and recommend them to my friends.

The process of claims needs to be streamlined
The impression was that as a customer I was treated as if I was scamming, and had to prove my innocence
Took forever to get my claim paid

This gave me piece of mind and I proceeded with purchasing the policy. The risk did not arise as a reality so no claim was ever made.
