Filed claim online; was asked for a few more documents. Spoke with Jaime, got her what she needed. Claim was placed Feb. 12, check was mailed Feb. 24. Great service. Only quibble was that there were two claims, (self and spouse) but there was no second claim payment eob generated, which caused a bit of confusion at our end. Not critical, in any event.
Well there was a lot of paperwork involved in filing the claim the process made sense and was handled quickly. They were also very helpful on the phone.
I thought I would be making a claim since my luggage had still not caught up with me after a week at home. I contacted Roamright about procedures and received prompt reply. A second question was answered just as promptly and clearly. Fortunately, I finally received my luggage so no claim will be filed

From the time I made my first reservation until my entire travel package was in place took 20 days. Thanks for having a 21 day window for including pre existing medical. The trip had to be cancelled due to serious medical complications. We're almost ready to submit our claim
My trip to Israel/Palestine was postponed because of the violence in the area. I decided to request that the insurance be transferred to the new trip at whatever time we felt that it would be safe to go. I called and made that request and talked with Darlene. She said that they would have no problem transferring the insurance and made a note indicating that was their decision. So, as far as I know, i have insurance for whenever we go.
I did not go on vacation I had to exit the plane due to abdomen, back and leg pain. I received a full refund with no problem. I will use and recommend RoamRight In the future.
Nothing to report. Uneventful trip led to no interaction with the insurance company.
We have filed a claim but it has not been settled yet. When my husband contacted Roam Right from the hospital, he was given a case number. After we returned and had all the documentation together, we heard from Roam Right very soon after the paperwork was provided. We have been advised as to whom at Roam Right will be handling our claim. We have another insurance company, so they will be coordinating. We definitely would recommend purchasing a policy, as the cost for 2 people for a 6-week trip was less than the cost of changing the airline flight home - not to mention the costs of emergency room, hospitals, and other trip interruptions. We will wait to hear the resolution, but so far, we are pleased.
