    Our flight from Paris to Copenhagen was canceled. Called customer service from airline phone. On hold 35 minutes. I was told to call another number. On hold just short of an hour. Hung up and got a hotel for the night and flew on to Copenhagen next day.

    The wait times you described are highly unusual for us, and we have not experience that length of wait time for our customers anytime recently. Is it possible that you tried to contact someone else?

    I asked for a complete copy of the policy and they would not send it.

    A complete copy of your policy is linked in your order confirmation email, which you acknowledged receipt when you called our customer service team on July 16.

    In that call you asked for your policy to be mailed to you as well. Our customer service representative honored your request and one was promptly sent.

    Our policy is to send our customers their complete policy via email immediately after purchase, and honor every request for another copy to be sent via email or regular mail. Furthermore, our plan documents can also be found on our website.

    First time buying travel insurance. Had many questions. Felt I was given honest answers and did not feel pressured to buy more insurance than I needed. Will purchase again for my next trip. Fortunately I did not need to use it.

    There was a cancellation for our flight on August 18 from Munich to Prague. In addition, when we arrived to New Jersey (NJ), USA on August Friday 24, our luggages did not appear until 2 days after. So we had spend money in NJ for personal needs (i.e. clothes, hygiene essentials). We flew from NJ to Florida on Saturday, August 25 and the luggages were still missing. They did not arrive to my house until Sunday, August 26 and they were damaged. How can we make a claim? I called your office on Friday but the agent told me that you were closed until Monday.     Customer Service was very friendly and kind. My trip was interrupted due to my father passing away and the representative was very kind. He pointed me to the website where I could begin entering a claim. He offered to email the forms to me as well. His email came almost immediately after our call ended, unfortunately, he sent me the wrong forms. He sent trip cancellation claim forms rather than trip interruption claim forms. I was able to find what I need on the website.

    The claim has not yet been filed since I am waiting for United Airline to reimburse the cancellation/change fee first, so I can enter that information on your claim form.

    I have recommended this policy to several of my co-workers who also travel frequently.

    Amazingly straightforward procedure. I wasn't so much concerned about traditional trip insurance but to cover the costs of an emergency evacuation on a wilderness backpacking trip. Cost for $500,000 of insurance seemed reasonable and my phone call to customer service to confirm the details was handled professionally and efficiently. Happily, I didn't have to use the insurance but the peace of mind was well worth the cost.
