Talked with Customer Service long before the trip to modify some details -- travel dates, number of people -- nothing major. Was taken care of quickly on the phone with email confirmation. Thankfully no problems on the trip, so no need for further interaction.

I had to make some last minute corrections in the term of the policy (my daughter did not give me the correct dates) and customer service made happen smoothly.
Customer service was really helpful when I called to explain about our much-delayed baggage. I am still waiting the results of filing my claim.
Policy information was clear and straight forward. Covered all needed items at a reasonable rate. I was uncertain on a couple items and called customer service. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They asked questions to determine what our need was and then recommended several options. Will definitely use this service again.
Very pleased with accessibility, though the after hours service (perhaps overseas?) was less helpful than the daytime staffers. Overall I felt confident that I would not be stranded without assistance at any time, which was very helpful given the multiple plane connections involved in my travel. For this reason I would highly recommend Roam Right.

Spoke to two different customer service agents to insure I would be covered if I cancelled my trip. They both gave me the same answer, which is very good!
Both were very pleasant and helpful. I'll see what happens when the claim is filed.

My claim was submitted with my traveling companion because she had to cancel for medical reasons. We were very careful to dot all our "i's" and cross all our "t's", we thought. Initially the claim was denied, but when my friend called them and clarified as to why it should be covered, the claim was escalated to a supervisor. In less than 24 hours the claim was approved and we received our checks 3 business days later.
I had been prepared to 'do battle' and getting Square Mouth involved, if necessary. I was very pleased with the speed Roam Right resolved the claim.
Also, every representative that I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful.
