    trio canceled insurance was not needed i received no refund on the cost for insurance.

    While your trip was cancelled, your claim forms did not list any trip-related cancellation expenses. Based on your review, it seems you are seeking a refund on your premium and not filing a claim for trip cancellation insurance.

    It was easy to purchase and spelled out your coverage .Also a phone number was provided in case of any problem you might have while on our trip.

    Knowing that we had insurance from Roam Right enabled us to have a peace of mind as we left for our dream vacation.     The website made it easy to compare plans and pick the one that I thought was best for me. I called customer service while travelling to inquire about my filing a claim and they offered to help me with it but I decided to wait until I returned home to do it.

    24 hour assistance is false advertising. You hired an I'll equipped answering service to handle non businesses hours calls. This is REPREHENSIBLE!!
    SHAME, SHAME, SHAME. I am a travel writer, and will use every effort to expose this fraud to the public.

    Thank you for reaching out to us. We have reviewed the call recordings of your conversations with our after-hours emergency service team, and we see that you have not filed a claim for your delayed luggage.

    As is standard practice across the insurance industry in regards to baggage claims, the insured must submit receipts and other applicable documentation for review before being reimbursed.

    We understand that you had issues filing a claim online. Our claims department would be more than happy to help you with this process. You can reach them 9am to 5pm ET Monday through Friday at 855-762-6252 or by email at claims@roamright.com.

    Additionally, please note that you do not have to file a claim online. You can download and complete the claims forms sent to you by our after-hours call service and email them to claims@roamright.com. You can even send the forms through the mail to the address on your description of coverage.

    It was simple. Felt reassured that if I got sick or injured and couldn't go to Hawaii, after dreaming about it for 30 years, I could file a claim and get some of my money back!

    I didn't get sick or injured and enjoyed every minute!!!

    The call center for claims was uninformed about specifics of the claim. Other than that, the customer svc was ok.

    Am still waiting for delay documentation from the airlines to accompany our claim. Will review again after claim has been filed and response received from Roam Right.

    Up to this point, have been very pleased with the easy comparison and purchasing features on the Roam Right website, the quick access to help via the emergency line while still in China, and the follow up e-mail with claim forms and information included before we had even returned to the United States.
