    This was our first time both purchasing travel insurance and having to file a claim. The claim agent was very patient and understanding and helped every step of the way. Communication was easy via email, claim was easy to file online. We will definitely use them in the future.

    I would have given them 5 stars if it hadn't been for a male employee who treated me as if I was a criminal for talking about filing a claim. He was somewhat harsh and disrespectful.
    During a later telephone call to RoamRight, I talked to a female employee who treated me very humanely and with respect. We discussed my special situation and went over what types of specific information that I needed to file a claim.

    This is the first year that I insured any of my group travels...meaning the tours themselves. I booked four tours in October, 2015 for 2016. It was the third trip that I had to cancel. Except for one male employee that I found to be quite offensive, the female employees were very cordial and professional. I was given much information which was very helpful in order to file my claim. Since I documented eerything very well, my claim was processed very quickly. My fourth trip in 2016 is in December and I feel as if I am in very good hands with RoamRight. In the future, I plan to insure any of my group tours with RoamRight.

    The customer service department was quite helpful in providing assistance in choosing the right policy for my travel to England.
    I wasn't sure what was best for me and the agent was more than happy to help.

    I was able to purchase a policy for about one fourth of the cost of the policy Viking Cruises was selling with my trip. I did not need to file a claim.
