Didn't end up using the insurance just happy we had it just incase. So much cheaper then paying for the insurance w the cruise. My wife and I would've had to pay over $for insurance

as a on going customer I've always found squaremouth a helpful and much appreciated web site ..as it provides tailor made access to travel insurance at 1/2 to a 1/3 of the cost as they same coverage offered buy airlines, travel agencies or tour providers. keep up the good work
The website was hard to navigate through and I couldn't find the right insurance for me without asking someone. SO I had to talk to customer service which were helpful. The internet connection was a bit shaky so instead of the chat box closed instead of paused so in the midst of my conversation it shut off and I had to start a new with a new person and re-stating the whole conversation and what type of insurance I was looking for. Then when I manged to buy the insurance a default message appeared on the screen saying that the insurance was bought but not yet processed due to an error. Then I waited and waited to see if the charge would show up on my CC account but it didn't so then I had to send a message to customer service rep explaining what happened but only got an automated reply back saying that someone would be with me shorty. Got a message the next day and thankfully it was then fixed and I ended up getting the insurance. It was a bit stressful though. Wish that it was a much easier and smoother transaction.
Squaremouth was extremely easy to use to compare various coverage plans as well as compare specific coverage add-ons. It was very easy to use and highly effective.

There was never a time in which I was concern about needing insurance. It is always better to have insurance and not need it than to need it and not have it.
I did not need to use any of the services of the company. I'm sure that they would have been there if I had needed them.
I called to ask about travel insurance ID tags for my luggage to help in recovery if they were lost or delayed and they said that they did not supply them. I had received some from another travel insurance carrier and they saved the day while traveling in Italy on a previous trip.
I did not encounter any problems during our trip, therefore I did not have to contact them.
