Didn't really use customer service function for this trip but if it includes ease of use in making the booking and the documenting that comes with it-- then am satisfied

Bought the policy based on comparison with other vendors: Best value for me at the desired price point. I had no communication with the insurance provider prior to my departure, nor during my trip. No need to file a claim, thankfully. So, why force me to rate them based on nothing?
My trip to Israel/Palestine was postponed because of the violence in the area. I decided to request that the insurance be transferred to the new trip at whatever time we felt that it would be safe to go. I called and made that request and talked with Darlene. She said that they would have no problem transferring the insurance and made a note indicating that was their decision. So, as far as I know, i have insurance for whenever we go.

Since Medicare doesn't cover international travel, I was pleased to find emergency medical coverage and other services at a reasonable rate - $56 for both my husband and myself for an 18-day trip. Thanks for giving me peace of mind.

I did not go on vacation I had to exit the plane due to abdomen, back and leg pain. I received a full refund with no problem. I will use and recommend RoamRight In the future.
I had already begun my trip, being away from home already, when i realized I needed to purchase insurance. RoamRight walked me through the steps necessary to purchase the insurance I I qualified for. This was done very late at night. The assistant was very understanding and knowledgeable.
I would definitely use them again and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
I filed a claim and never received a resolution . Not even an acknowledgement of the claim.
