It was a fairly simple process and my one call to a representative at Squaremouth was very easy and informative. Other than that and since I didn't have to file a claim, I have no complaints.

It was great to know we were well-protected in case we had to cancel or in case of illness during the trip. Happily, all went well , but I am so very glad we had purchased good trip insurance.

My personal insurance covers the other costs. Had I known that this was available and that it is not covered by my car insurance, I would have bought it. It would have cost $14 per day if elected from the rental agency.
