    I became seriously ill in late October.....my Dr. said I should not travel.
    We were going on RCL Allure of the Seas 11/5/2017 & had to cancel the cruise....
    We submitted all necessary paper work to Seven Corners.....all we are looking for
    is cost of cruise.......they received our claim on Nov. 13, 2017.....still waiting for the
    Check......we cruise often.....always take ins......never made a claim before......
    surprised how long Seven Corners takes to cover our loss.......cld to check on progress
    12/6. not even processed yet......not sure I will use Seven Corners again.......

    My husband was injured and hospitalized for 4 days the week prior to our cruise. We have filed a claim but have not completed the process as of this date.

    I was offered and received assistance in completing my form and my claim has recently been settled with a 100% refund. I am extremely satisfied and grateful that I purchased insurance for our cruise, as to hospitalization, had to be cancelled.

    I like the coverage that Seven Corners has. Policies cover different things well, and I like the areas Seven Corners covered better, like luggage coverage, trip interruption--more of the things I'd be likely to run into trouble with. I've gotten a Seven Corners policy for my last 4 cruises. I've never had a claim, but I feel they would handle it well because of the Zero Complaint requirement on the Squaremouth website where I purchased it.

    we changed the amount of our insurance coverage several weeks after the initial order. This took considerably more time than it should have.

    Easy to use, spoke with a real person who was kind and helpful regarding our coverages for hurricane or earthquake (didn't need to use the policy thank goodness!). Will plan on using Seven Corners again when we travel.

    It was very straightforward and Custer service was very helpful. Fortunately we didn't need to use the incurable but it was peace of mind to have it. My husband did see a doctor but I don't think they knew how to bill us so I doubt there will be a claim.
