let's put it this way, I am glad I don't have to file a CLAIM, I am just happy, that I had a " back up " in case anything would happened, we were two months on the road between Germany, Thailand and Myanmar , spending 6 weeks in Asia alone, where anything can happen. Couple of months before departure I had a heart attack and cancelled the trip on doctor's advice.
Filed a claim with Seven Corners Insurance. It is being processed.

My interaction with Customer Service has been very good. As a result of an illness my trip was interrupted and I intend to file a claim.

We had to use the trip cancellation portion of our policy prior to our trip due to my mother was diagnosed with a terminal illness, When I contacted Seven Corners they were very kind, sympathetic and most helpful with the processing of our claim, I would definitely recommend Squaremouth and Seven Corners to anyone needing travel insurance..
