    The information was sent in a timely manner.

    Claim Process
    The company has been extremely uncooperative. They ask for more and more documentation. Some of the documents have been repetitive. I have yet to receive any of my money back. I have spent hours on the phone and have sent them many faxes to no avail. They were happy to take my money but are unwilling to work with me to get it back.

    Before Trip
    We enrolled prior to leaving home for 10 weeks, and knew that the paperwork was to be received at home on our return. We therefore needed to print the paperwork on-line to take it with us. This was no problem, expect that the letters were very small. We added a magnifying glass in the glove compartment. Problem solved as the Lord provided travelling mercies and we returned home safe and sound.

    The policy did exactly what it was supposed to do -- provide peace of mind. I liked the features of this particular plan and purchasing it through Squaremouth was easy.

    Four weeks to 'receive' my claim seemed excessive. I was contacted a month after mailing my claim, and payment was generated a couple of weeks after that. Except for the initial delay, I was very satisfied with your service.
