Needed to extend the coverage for my trip by one additional week prior to my departure. Change was handled expeditiously and professionally.

No claim this trip. Other trip we did have a claim and it was payed promptly and we had no complaints with Four Corners. We use Squaremouth for all our trips to book the insurance and have been very happy overall
We had my wife's earrings stolen during our vacation. We submitted a claim and got the payment $300 which is the max. for any single item stolen under the policy that we purchased. I would use the same carrier again.
Did not need the service during the trip
It took them way too long to review and settle this very simple claim.
Fortunately I cancelled soon enough for everyone to be able to rebook. The refund processing was fast and they answered my many questions. They did, however, require 24 pages of documentation for 2 airline tickets and 4 hotel cancellation fees. It took days to get everything together.
It probably cost them more in man hours to process than any other costs.
The claim process is a nightmare. As a result of an accident, our trip was interrupted and we had a medical evacuation. The resulting trip cancellation and other costs still have not been paid (now July), despite repeated submissions of requests for information to Square Mouth. Word to warning to travelers: print out every reservation prior to and save copies of every expense during your trip, even if you are hospitalized and incapacitated! Very difficult/impossible to communicate with medical personnel in remote regions. Paper documentation and not just credit card charges are required, even for obvious items like additional hotel costs because of the accident. When you are in a panic mode and waiting for evacuation, these details are not a priority.
Seven Corners is handling the processing and does not return phone calls. We are now working with Brandi in Square Mouth Zero Complaint Policy, who is slowly helping to resolve our claim but it has been one month (6/4/15) since our first contact with her and still no resolution. This is a part-time job to deal with the insurance process. Buyer beware.

So easy to purchase coverage, so impossible to process and receive insurance settlement. Our trip was in January and it is nearly August and we have yet to be fully compensated for our trip interruption coverage. FYI: read 21+ page fine print for limitations. Also, if you have an accident and in the turmoil, neglect to get receipts in English or fully documented, the expense will be ignored. Calls to Seven Corners or Square Mouth are not returned - ie, Square Mouth call to our home (not cell or work???) was returned on July 17 and I have still not heard from Brandi as of July 23.

Dept. I am only able to speak to a sales rep. Considering calling the attorney General office.
Seven Corners, Inc. had some impossible and utterly unreasonable requirements to reimburse me for a modest bona fide claim.
I filed a claim over two months ago and am still waiting to hear back from them.
We sent a letter on 8/5/13 requesting additional information that is needed in order to process your claim. We will have one of our claims analyst contact you with more information.
